Personalising your workwear with your brand identity will make your workforce instantly identifiable.
You can choose garments from our stock range and then take advantage of our logo application options. There are several options for applying and positioning your design. Depending on the garment, typical positions include left or right chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve and full width across the top of the back. Whatever you choose we will guide you through the process.
We handle most personalisation in-house, allowing for short turnarounds and a cost-effective service.
The most popular way to apply a logo or design is embroidery. Using a computerised embroidery machine creates a high-quality finish that is more durable than other forms of personalisation. Logos are priced by stitch count and can be Pantone® colour-matched to your exact brand colour.
We provide a free digitisation service to convert your design into stitches prior to production.
Before applying your design to clothing, we will send you a stitched logo sample for approval.
Screen printing is where the design is applied to the garment using ink, and is a good alternative to embroidery for very large designs or high volumes. It is not as durable as embroidery but has a lower cost per unit.
We can supply samples to give you a good feel for the quality and finish. When we have received your design, we will also create visuals for your approval prior to production.
As with embroidery, a set up charge is made to cover the costs of screen set-up. This is a one off charge as we keep the screens for subsequent orders. The cost of printing will be priced by the number of colours in your design, per position.
Heat seal transfers.
Heat seal involves applying your design to clothing using a special heat press that melts and seals it into the garment. It is ideal for small runs fast with a fast turnaround and no origination costs. We wouldn’t recommend heat transfer for business uniforms or for garments that are being washed regularly.
